HeartSense Health is not responsible for loss of goods during transit by 3rd party professional courier services, as this is out of our hands. In the event of a lost or misplaced parcel by the courier service, additional items will not be replaced for free and will be sent on purchase again.

Can I make changes to the delivery address after I place my order?
We cannot make any changes to the delivery address once your online order is placed. Orders placed online begin processing immediately in our system to ensure order fulfillment and shipping time. If the delivery address must be changed, your order will have to be cancelled and then replaced. We apologize for any inconvenience.
